Art & Creativity can be the doorway to your soul.

I developed a series of workshops over the last 16 years which aim to help creatives create on a deeper level and with more flow. As creatives we all experience resistance, stagnate, get blocked and even stop creating. Even practising artists can get to a plateau where they want to break through a wall and be inspired again, or re-find their creative mojo.

Creative Presence Workshops combine meditation, movement, and creative process with the aim of optimising and deepening the creative process.

I often teach with a partner who brings their own unique skillset to the process. Often Participants unblock and create in the moment, the process is one of deepening self awareness to enjoy and liberate their creativity.

Creative process
& Your Sense of self

Passionate about Meditation and Self Development and their relationship to the Creative Process - I developed a method for self-knowledge called Presence Training. The 7 principles of Presence come together as building blocks to build the Architecture of whatever you want to create. Presence Training is a method and process which addresses 7 key questions that guide you to build and create from an authentic place. The tools used are Meditation, Visualisation, Movement, Creative Process and Creative Writing. I have worked with partners who bring in their own expertise and together we weave the process depending on which arena we are teaching in.
